Skyler, this guy does an excellent job no matter what you ask him to do he gives it 100% and more to be sure it is perfect! Skyler, you are a perfectionist, we much appreciated you! He put down our engineered wood floor and flagstone laminate floor in four days which would take most 2 guys in 5 days! He worked day and night! Thank you both, we appreciated you getting this done for us in such a short time! I have a few pictures I took during the install and will update once trim is on and share as well.

What a positive experience working with Ken and Chris at Factory Direct Carpets. I needed new flooring after a small basement fire caused extensive smoke damage throughout my home. A couple hours after visiting the store, Chris was at the house taking measurements and I had a quote that afternoon. Ken went above and beyond working with my insurance company - then expedited ordering and installation. The installers for the vinyl plank flooring and the wall to wall carpet did an excellent job.
